Shipping

We ship with PostNL and DPD, and you can pick up your order in the gallery by appointment through info@hamagallery.com.

We aim to deliver orders within: NL and Belgium – within 3 working days Europe – 1-2 weeks Outside Europe – 2-3 weeks

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium – € 3,95. Shipping within Europe – € 15,00. Shipping outside Europe – € 25,00.

Domestic orders from € 50,00 will be sent with free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You are welcome to pick up your order by appointment at the gallery. E-mail us for an appointment to info@hamagallery.com.

Returns for webshop orders

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within fourteen days. Made-to-order items cannot be returned.

If your item has been damaged or we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately by email at info@hamagallery.com.

Please address your returns to Hama Gallery, Willemsparkweg 64H, 1071 HK Amsterdam, The Netherlands in the original condition and packaging. Once we’ve received your return order, we will process your refund within one week.
